Experience
Teresita has been an associate of our firm since 2018. She advises relevant domestic and foreign companies on their incorporation and their day-to-day needs. In addition, her practice also focuses on restructuring, financing, granting of guarantees and negotiation of credit documents of domestic and foreign companies. She has also advised domestic and foreign companies on M&A transactions.
