Experience
Alejandrina is a senior associate of our firm. She joined the firm in 2016 and since then she has worked in the areas of corporate law advising clients in corporate, contractual and real estate matters and mainly in mergers and acquisitions. During 2018 and 2019 she performed for a period of 9 months a secondment in the company Soprole supporting the legal team in corporate matters.
Relevant transactions:
- Represented Fonterra in the sale of Soprole to Gloria group.
- Represented Cognita in the acquisition of educational establishments in Chile.
- Represented Pontificia Universidad Católica in the restructuring agreement of the Health Network with Christus Chile.
- Represented Prize in negotiation with SPAC for NASDAQ listing.
