Experience
Daniel has been an associate of our firm since 2018 and has focused his practice in corporate, commercial, real estate and insurance laws. He advises national and foreign clients in corporate and civil matters, financial market, merger and acquisition processes, corporate restructuring operations, matters related to retail business, protection of consumer rights, issuance and operation of credit, debit and prepaid cards and other banking and banking-insurance products, among others.
