Sebastián Krebs: New Director

We are pleased to announce that our firm has promoted to director of Labor practice area:
Sebastián Krebs, a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, who joined the firm in 2018, as part of the Labor, Social Security and Immigration law areas.
He advises clients in highly complex labor litigation, especially in allegations of anti-union practices, violations of fundamental rights, work accidents, occupational diseases and unjustified dismissals, among others. He also provides comprehensive advice to local and multinational companies on contractual and union labor matters.
He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law from University College London and a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Adolfo Ibáñez University.
He has been recognized by several international publications as an outstanding lawyer in his area of specialization.
