Experience
Marta has been an associate of our firm since 2021 and specialises in intellectual and industrial property. She advises national and international clients on the management of their trademark portfolios, including the processing of registrations, negotiation of contracts and representation in litigation before administrative, arbitral or judicial venues.
She also has experience in handling applications for Plant Variety Registration before the Agriculture and Livestock Service, as well as in resolving domain name disputes
