Experience
Daniela Guerrero is a Senior Associate at Sargent & Krahn, a firm she joined in 2019. Previously, she worked as a paralegal in the firm’s domain names group between 2015 and 2017.
She has extensive experience advising on, prosecuting, and enforcing trademark and copyright rights in Chile and abroad. She has represented domestic and international clients in opposition and cancellation actions, coexistence agreements, license agreements, and enforcement proceedings, as well as in matters related to consumer law and advertising, particularly in technology, retail, consumer goods, and entertainment sectors.
In 2025, she completed a secondment at Dannemann Siemsen (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), where she worked on complex trademark and copyright matters.
She is currently the captain of the Cariola/Sargent women’s football team, with which she has won several titles in the Liga de Abogadas, and is an active member of the Women in IP (WIP) organization.

- Comprehensive advice to clients in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, fashion and luxury, retail, wine and spirits, and agricultural industries on strategies for the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property assets.
- Advising publishing companies and content owners on copyright matters, including licensing, assignment of rights, catalog management, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordination of regional and global trademark portfolios, working with foreign correspondents and managing strategies aligned with international standards.
- Advising on intellectual property transactions, including assignment, licensing, distribution, and commercial collaboration agreements, on a multi-jurisdictional basis.
