Experience
María Paz is an associate of our firm since 2019, and works in the area of Tax Law. Her experience is focused on corporate and high net worth individuals tax design and structuring, consulting on local and international tax matters, including inbound and outbound investment strategies, project finance, mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), taxation in corporate reorganizations and tax litigation defense.
She has also participated as a speaker in webinars and panels of the Young IFA Network (IFA) on beneficial ownership and double taxation treaties between Chile and the Netherlands.
