Sebastián has been an associate of our law firm since 2018. He has focused his practice on labor law. He has extensive experience in labor litigation, especially in accusations of anti-union practices, violations of fundamental rights, accidents at work, occupational diseases and unfair dismissals, among others. In addition, Sebastian has represented clients in collective bargaining processes and has vast experience in the legal validation of internal company standards and human resources policies.
