Francisca has been an associate of our firm since the beginning of 2018 and works in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Criminal Liability, representing both national and international clients before courts and arbitral courts in different matters such as civil liability, public law, administrative claims and sanctions, liquidations and reorganizations, family disputes, defense of intellectual property in civil and criminal venues and inheritance partitions.

She also acts as an actuary in arbitrations before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
