Experience

Raimundo is a partner in the litigation and arbitration area. He specializes in civil and arbitration proceedings (domestic and international). In national and international arbitration matters, he has participated in proceedings under the rules of the CAM Santiago as well as under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He has also participated in investment arbitrations under CIADI rules. He worked at Arnold & Porter from 2011 to 2012 in international arbitration. In domestic litigation, his practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, technology and personal data, as well as liquidation and reorganization of companies. Professor of Procedural Law at Universidad Católica de Chile and Professor of Professional Ethics at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Judge of Ethics of the Chilean Bar Association.
