• Labor Law, Social Security and Immigration

Ricardo joined our firm in 1995 and has been a partner since 2007. He is in charge of the labor law practice area and is mainly engaged in providing legal advice to companies in labor, social security and immigration matters. He has represented numerous companies in collective bargaining processes, mediation in collective bargaining and qualification of minimum services. He also advises on the preparation of executive compensation structures, stock option programs, restructuring and massive layoffs due to the closing of production processes, outsourcing of services, preventive labor audits, training of managers and personnel in the Human Resources area, and preparation of documentation and labor structure of new companies. Finally, the labor area, which he leads along with Bárbara Zlatar and Ignacia López, handles labor lawsuits of varying complexity and size.
