• Litigation and Arbitration

Trinidad has been an associate of our firm since 2013. She works in the area of Litigation and Arbitration. She advises local and international clients in different matters such as civil, commercial, construction and environmental litigation. She also has extensive experience in administrative sanctioning law and has participated in national and international arbitrations of diverse nature.

Since 2023 Trinidad has been a member of the list of young arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
