We advised Quillayes, a Chilean dairy company, in a merger agreement with Surlat, a dairy company controlled by the Swiss company Emmi AG. This merger contemplates the creation of a joint holding entity under the name of Quillayes Surlat, which shall control the operating entities through which both Quillayes and Surlat carry out currently their business.
