Barros

Cristián joined our firm in 2011 and has specialized in industrial and intellectual property matters, such as trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs, domain names, unfair competition, and pharmaceutical regulation.

He is the former president of the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (2023-2026) and a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile. Cristián is the coordinator of the All You Need is Law Podcast Committee.
