Experience
Mario has been a senior associate at our firm since 2018. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate matters, with a focus on M&A transactions, including the acquisition and sale of assets and shares, corporate restructurings, and general corporate counsel.
He has participated in several local and international transactions, advising clients across different industries, including healthcare, retail, and services—on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex deals. Additionally, he has served client boards, which allows him to provide strategic value in decision-making, mitigate risks from a legal perspective, and strengthen corporate governance.
In his practice, he has led due diligence processes and the negotiation of key contracts, including share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and other corporate instruments.
From 2024 to 2026, he served as an international associate at Holland & Knight LLP (Miami, USA), where his practice focused on corporate advisory services and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
