Pablo has been an associate of our firm since 2025. He advises local and international clients on individual and collective labor law; processes for hiring employees and termination of employment contracts; anti-union practices; labor accidents; subcontracting; labor litigation and procedures; labor and social security collection; labor due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; drafting of internal regulations, internal human resources policies, and all types of labor documentation.

Academic Activities, Recognitions and Memberships
- He currently works as an assistant professor in the Law Practice Department, Labor Law mention, and in the optional courses on Labour Procedural Law and Labour Oral Trial and Litigation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
- Member of the Drafting Committee of the LLM UC’s Latest Labour Jurisprudence Notebooks.
- During his university studies, he was an assistant lecturer in the courses of Philosophical Foundations of Law (Jurisprudence), Natural Law, Theory and Sources of Law, and Procedural Law.
