Experience
Fernanda is an associate of the Energy Team. Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on electricity regulation, with a special emphasis on generation and transmission. She provides legal support for electricity projects at various stages, handles proceedings before sector-specific agencies, and conducts regulatory impact analyses.
