José Ignacio is a Director of our firm. He works in the Litigation and Arbitration area and also leads the Consumer Law group. He advises both national and international clients in civil and commercial lawsuits, medical liability, partitions, class actions and general interest consumer matters, among others. He has vast experience in national and international arbitration in construction, insurance and contractual matters in general. José Ignacio also advises clients in their relations with the National Consumer Service, in matters such as information requests, collective voluntary procedures, recall campaigns and negotiations.

He worked as an international associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in 2017 and 2018, in the International Arbitration group. Since 2023 he is part of the list of young arbitrators of the Arbitration and Mediation Center at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
