Real Estate and Urban Development
Our firm has vast experience in all areas of real estate law, such as sale and purchase agreements; leases; mortgages; easements; usufructs; condominiums; expropriations; concessions of national assets for public use; rules on acceptance and regularization of buildings; urban and rural property mergers and subdivisions, and in matters of indigenous property law; agrarian reform; and forestry law. We have broad experience in urban zoning changes, construction capabilities and types of equipment.
Our team has focused its real estate practice on the development of industrial, commercial and residential projects. We are involved in all stages, from planning to implementation. In the industrial sector, our experience addresses every stage of the project, among others, property due diligence, drafting and negotiation of promises, purchases, sales or leases, including all necessary permits and urban aspects for the implementation of such projects. In terms of commercial real estate, we have extensive experience in projects on shopping centers and other commercial facilities, as well as office buildings, including co-ownership regimens and building management. In the area of residential properties, we have advised companies in the development of housing projects.
