Robert is an associate of our firm since 2022. He is part of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Previously worked in the tax practice. He advises domestic and foreign clients on corporate law, commercial and civil matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, civil and commercial contracts, as well as due diligence processes.
