Experience
José Tomás has concentrated his practice in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions area, which he joined in 2019. He is mainly engaged in advising international and domestic clients in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, corporate restructuring and commercial contracting transactions.
He also has experience in matters related to Fintech, international logistics and bond issuance. During the year 2020 he carried out a professional exchange as Legal Counsel of A.P. Moller – Maersk, and in 2022, as External Partner in the Fintech area of Mercado Libre.
