Experience
Felipe has been an associate of our firm since 2022. He advises local and foreign clients on corporate, civil and commercial matters, such as due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial contracts, and processes of acquisition and disposal of assets and liabilities, among others, specializing in the preparation of legal reports, legal opinions and contingency analysis. Finally, he provides advice on arbitration and appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms.
