Experience

Roberto is an associate of our firm since 2022. He is part of the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, the Asia Pacific and ESG and Compliance practices. He specializes in advising domestic and foreign clients in corporate, commercial, civil, treaty law, maritime law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring transactions, civil and commercial contracts and due diligence processes.

Relevant transactions

  • Advising a major foreign investment fund in the acquisition of local shipping companies, their vessels and underlying assets in Chile.
  • Advising Adidas AG Chile in the global sale of Reebok assets to Authentic Brands Group Inc.
  • Advised CEVA Logistic in the global acquisition of Ingram Micro’s business units, resulting in CEVA Logistic becoming the world’s fourth largest logistics services operator.
