Experience
Macarena is an associate of our firm since 2023. Her practice has focused on corporate law, commercial and civil matters, due diligence processes in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions. She is part of the Mining Group of our firm, providing corporate and mining advice to national and international clients in the industry.
